Thank you for considering me for your D&D or character illustration commission! I’m thrilled about the possibility of bringing your character to life.
Below, you’ll find all the important details about my commission process, pricing, and terms of service.

Terms of Service (ToS)
Before commissioning me, please make sure to read these carefully. By placing an order, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the terms below.
General
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
My artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. If you’re interested in commercial use, let me know before we start the commission.
You will receive only a digital version of the artwork.
Commissions maytake up to 1-1.5 weeks from the moment the work on it starts (depending on the complexity).
The artwork may be shared on my social media or portfolio (with credit to the client). If you prefer it to remain private, just let me know.
Payment
Payments are made via PayPa in USD or EUR.
You are responsible for any transaction fees.
Payment is split into milestones:
50% after sketch approval or 100% after flat colors are approved.Refunds are not available once the artwork is completed.
Revisions
Major changes (pose, composition, etc.) can only be made during the sketch phase.
Minor edits can be requested at the lineart/flat color phase and final rendering phase. One free edit per phase is allowed; additional changes will incur an extra fee.
Usage
The commissioned art is for personal use only (avatars, printing for personal display, etc.).
If you plan to use the artwork for merchandise, streams, or other commercial purposes, please inform me beforehand, as additional fees will apply.
You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs, AI training, or other unethical purposes.
Commission Request Information
To help me bring your character to life, I’ll need some details about what you’re envisioning! Below is a list of information I’ll ask you to provide when requesting a commission. Feel free to either fill out the form below or simply send the info to me via email or Instagram—whatever is most convenient for you.
General Information
Type of commission: Are you looking for a half-body, full-body, portrait, or illustration?
Colour scheme & setting: What suits your character best? Do you have a favorite color palette?
Examples: If there are specific artworks from my portfolio that you like most, feel free to attach them! It helps me understand your preferences better.
Character Information
Name: What’s your character’s name?
Pose: Do you have a specific pose in mind?
Appearance: Race, eye color, skin tone. Clothing and accessories. Distinctive features (scars, tattoos, etc.) Height, hairstyle, and any other important physical details.
Class & Abilities: What class is your character? Do they use any specific spells, weapons, or items?
Personality: A brief description of their personality (e.g., stoic warrior, mischievous rogue).
Backstory/Details: Are there any quest-related symbols, items, or story elements that should be incorporated into the artwork?
References
Visual references (character sheets, photos, or inspiration images) are super helpful! If you don’t have any, feel free to describe the character in detail, and I’ll help conceptualize their design (additional fees may apply for concept work).
Pricing
The prices listed below are for a single character and include a solid color background with a soft gradient. If you'd like a custom background or additional elements, feel free to let me know - we can discuss the details and adjust the pricing accordingly.
Additional characters: +50% of the base price per character
pet + $10 - $40
Super detailed outfits / armor sets: $80–120
Concept Design Fee: If you don’t have references (e.g., written descriptions only), there will be an additional $15-$30 fee depending on the complexity of the design.
Portrait / bust: $ 30
Half-body: $ 45
Full-body: $ 60
Group Illustration
The price can change significantly depending on the level of details, the number of characters, and your overall idea. For group illustrations I charge $ 45 per full body character and $ 35 per half-body or chibi character. $ 5 extra per single art for each character.
